dont be kedekut to share your knowledge. u r learning while u r sharing. because what u r sharing is the old knowledge. at the same time, learn more by reading more. when u r not learning new things, then dont share your knowledge, coz ppl will easily overtake u.
take other ppl bad experience as lesson learn. try not get yourself involve in bad experience, coz to stand up from the bad situation, it takes time n sacrifice.
create your own branding. think of something that u can sell it of, your idea is only in the room or no value if u dont find way to sell it.

dining room needs to put big mirror, it makes your house looks big n most important, double up your wealth
curtain must match with sofa or bed
bed room feature wall is the wall u put your bed head. hall feature wall is the 1st wall u see on the entrance
warm light for attention space eg living hall n dining table. white light for working space eg kitchen
if dont have enough budget, dont start doing kitchen 1st
no more than 3 wall colors at 1 room. unless it is for kinder. no blue n white in malaysia, it looks like balai polis
dont let your window wear mini skirt

to build house nice - color n lighting. dont need renovate much
