this is today breakfast hot soup for my papa - pumpkin + onion + 10grains + flaxseed. my papa confirmed having diabetes. he is so down about this. he been controlling his diet from the day doctor suspected him got diabetes. last night he shared with me the menu that doctor given to him. hmmm there is tight limit to all he can eat. will try to browse on net, more interesting recipe and menu for him.
Eva is in the pic. 1 of the main reasons I love this kinder is, children have chance to go outdoor and enjoy their fun learning time under the hot sun :)
yesterday Eva have her music class concert at klang. I can only watch it from the camera movie clip :( on the way back home, I feel demotivated. why I can't join my children learning and proud moment and everything need to go thru after event photos n video :S
anyway, today I will call up the eyes specialist clinic to make appointment to see eva's eyes in next week. is time to help the poor little one. this morning she was still sleeping when i left the house.I dont want to wake her up and hope she has enough sleep, so she can have clearer eyesight in the class. must be very tired preparing for the concert.
again, I think to cut my hair short. don't want to be busy with my hair. want to maximise my freetime for more beneficial tasks ^^
