hehehe I felt funny and embarrassed coz sharing with ppl the goodness of collagen supplement but I guess, most of you can't see the good effect of collagen from my look :p kakakaka...

after the team building, 2 cars of Chinese gang went to kampar for yummy nice food :D


fried medium sized prawns. it is tasty to be eaten like this only. yummy!


my favourite tofu. the sauce and the tofu is a best match. I didn't eat the pi dan, maybe the taste nicer with pi dan together.



this fish is smooth and soft. ye ginger sauce is very nice taste and nice aroma :)



oo-jian. dried fried oyster.. nice!


then come the hero dish of the day! this pic is to show the prawn legs :p you can just pull the meat out by using chopstick II :p


see the big heads? nice colouring an setting.. everyone's camera is up!


1 prawn each. total 7 of us. the soup is nice!! with some wine and prawn sweetness.. great!!



go and buy the bread chicken curry too!! will only eat at home, stomach has been filled with prawns! :p

so don't worry for losing weight for workout hard in team building activities, staircases climbing... we gained more than what we losing :p

my favourite putumayam. last time I used to eat putumayam at arputha's house on deepavali day, these years not every year I eat putumayam on deepavali.


we have carbonara spegetti


very tempting fruits salad and sandwiches. some Indian kueh


we have steamboat too! plain chicken soup and tomyam soup


we have cake, sweet talam, seri muka, sago with gula Melaka and coconut milk.. and of course, my kiwi and lychee crystal jelly too!

love this. when I was a young child, I did things like this too. self-directed drama, story telling recording, role playing. sometime with friends or brothers, most of the time, I was alone playing few roles.

now I do recording video and audio too, using camera and phone voice recording. do photos editing, do music story too. so, somehow what we are doing now, what our hobbies now, are linking from the past.




feel happy and amused with the above conversation. in fact, I didn't change, what I am doing now, most of the things are from my young time interest. when I was young, I like handmade, I like cute stuff, I love kitchen, I love music and video editing, I did sewing and handcraft too! I write, I sing, I listen, I snap :)

hoping, my children love doing what I am doing now, so we can together come up big and nice projects. children like photos and acting too, well may look for opportunity in this area ^^

the address book going to be done, my plan is to send the design out for printing by tomorrow, then collect them by Friday evening or next Monday. Thursday and Friday am going to be away, team building @ perak.

fried chicken + curry leaves

3 days holidays, Saturday I went to cake deco class, sunday laogong brought bbb to sgbuloh to visit in law family. I didn't follow them, can do more things in the holiday eg helping my digo to prepare the wedding, outing with my sister, my own personal time, and rest.

for not feeling so guilty for not going back with them, I decided to cook something for laogong to being back home :D as my sister said, pa ma in law wanted to scold me also cannot :p



preparing for fried chicken and curry leaves. marinated sauce = soy sauce, salt, pepper, corn flour.


marinated chicken put in the wok and fry about 5 minutes..


then fry the curry leaves and capsicum then added in the earlier fried chicken. plus the sauce of sugar, soy salt, chicken stock granule, water. fry till the sauce dry. need few minutes..



ta-da! done the fried chicken with curry leaves. this is my 1st try. I didn't taste the chicken, coz the portion seemed small. I tried the curry leaves, the taste is ok!


besides the chicken, I sent to over too! the cake that I deco in the class :p but I non stop reminding laogong and bbb, remove all the fondant before eating. tell you, this beautiful an colourful stuff are too sweet!



bbb are excited balik kampung :) I kissed their foreheads and waved bye bye to them..

now I am going to sleep lo.. alone in this big room.. too sleepy to be lonely.. 2:41am now, just half way done the below..

easy Friday mood ya!!! although I have a big stack of doc to settle by today, and I am late to work due to slow traffic.. it's alright, coz today is Friday!

laogong said wanna bring bbb back to sgbuloh to visit grandma and grandpa, overnight trip. ok, I can go shopping for royee, yujet, my gogo, bruce and papa oriental style cloth for my digo's wedding. more small small things to do ya! oh, tomorrow I have cake deco class too!
