10 years

how long is 10 years?





10 years made a happy family :)

our 10years together day is soon to come. sometime I would think, it was just yesterday I knew laogong when we met often at one-shopping mall. in this 10 years, how long we are sleeping together? laogong works oversea, laogong stays with his mum for shorter distance to the office. I stayed with my mum for better care during my pregnancies. I stay with my parents for better care of my bbb.

up n down in these 10 years. from single to a mother of 3 bbb ^^ traveling with sister is more frequent than with laogong :p so I hope we can travel more with bbb in coming 10 years :)



today, laogong flies again to Taiwan. hope for a safe journey and come back safely :)

listening to this song in the train station. a raining morning, traffic is slow. laogong will fly to Taiwan this afternoon. Saturday I will get back to music classes with royee n Eva since laogong is away.

soon gonna be April. time flies. have done my income tax submission. gonna renew my roadtax by this week. shouldn't be any more due dates to catch up. is time to work on sis's wedding preparation. start looking for nice songs for some video editing.

royee doing painting while I was cooking last sunday. angels were taking afternoon nap. I fried cuttlefish. can sit down n enjoy the foods and cold soya bean with laogong. suddenly, I felt free. sometime i do rethink, would I feel bored if I stop working? when bbb might not my full companion when the need of freedom is needed by them?



sometime, in working day, bbb were playing together in the room and I sit down n chit chatting with mum or watching drama series. hmm they lock te door sometime, coz they dont want maid sister to disturb. hmmm bbb are big now. I do think to start my interest to learn new skill.



sewing is one of them. did ask laogong to buy a sewing machine for my birthday gift :p then I want the soup maker too! laogong said, u want everything! no aa, am asking for a portable DVD player from sis :p coz my mini laptop has no DVD player, and now I have the mood to watch movies or drama series. but it cost nearly rm1k. gonna kill my sis then :p April, is a good month to ask for everything :D



ok ok, better deal for sis is - buy me some pots and vege seeds for my gardening syiok! much much cheaper right? I like to see the seeds grow up to be something totally different look than the seed look. amazing. and n I see HOPE too!

think of the sudden death of a company colleague who got heart attack in the office, watched the video clip on japan tsunami happened last Friday, thinking of my best friend who decided to visit japan as per her existing plan which the nuclear radiation warning is still on.. thinking if heart attack happened to my papa at work, sad stories happen to my friends and family.. hmmm so hope, everyone gies to where they want to be.

just now, angel and Eva told me, they want to go up to the heaven, the hell is for devils. hmm I imagine angels are flying in the heaven ^^

milk with dha-aa

'DHA 是人体所不能制造的一种脂肪酸， 必须从食物中获取。不过， DHA这种长链脂肪酸， 是身体从短链脂肪酸中制造， 只要提供身体短链脂肪酸， 身体就会依需要自行制造长链脂肪酸。
但是，在牛奶中加入 DHA， 就会制造出长链脂肪酸。 长链脂肪酸不稳定却容易被氧化形成毒，对小孩身体其实很不利。
科学家以为自己比大自然更聪明，所以从实验室制造“营养”给人类，他们以为人体不会自己制造。 当人体原本会制造但却没有机会，久而久之就不会自己制造那些营养'

last 2 weeks laogong showed me an article on newspaper. it talks about the harmful effect of food nowadays with added nutrient or permitted colouring or softener. 1 of the foods are baby mill with dha and aa added that stimulate smarter brains and brighter eyesight. which according to the report, this synthetic dha and aa used material that may cause harm to children in long run.

then, I search thru net, that are news on US has banned production of milk with added dha and aa in last year. our body can generate dha by our own. but if we rely on the added dha and aa which is not naturally in the food, then our body system may stop using the function as it should be. mother's milk contains dha, but not cow milk. so the synthetic dha and aa can bring illness to our children.

I am not confirm all about this yet, I will read more on this topic. but as of now, laogong doesnt want to buy added dha and aa milk. finishing the current stock then go for normal one. he is the person in charge of milk powder and diapers at home, so let him decide. I will look for food list that contains natural dha and aa or helps stimulate dha and aa by our own body :)

body health checkup

I have collected my annual body checkup report. as I mentioned in my fb, I pass all with flying colors! :) except for urine acid is low. this is the 2nd time I got the same result, low urine acid. will further check on this. many website forums said can ignore this, unless it is high, then will get joint problem.

after collecting the result, we went for brunch. then pass by this traditional Chinese medicine clinic.


wahh!! free consultation n treatment! me n sis went in to check the details. ya, it was totally free for all treatment including 3 days medicine. so, we registered ourselves for freebies :p



sis asked about her knees pain. doctor said her knees having wet qi (wet air) this normally cause for us who taking cold shower especially at night, n let the aircond directly blow the cold wind to us. so treatment for sis was - ba guan, the cupping. the doctor moved the cupping, to get the wet air came out. u can see from the pic, sis was sweating, crying, yelling.. the doctor kept on changing the cup to smaller size whenever my sis shouting here n there :p



for me, I go for my big belly. coz night time my tummy can grow big so hard! doctor said, this is not wind, it was cold gad inside. u can see marks on my belly. ya, doctor said, this is water-toxin. whenever the gas wants to release from my belly, then it would be like steamer that generate water. not vey clear on this, but the root cause for my big belly is my spleen n tummy is weak. they can't do things together well. in fact, this is the 2nd doctor told me about my spleen. my mum said, when I was baby, my mama's grandpa checked my body, he told my mum this too. so, moral of the story is, take good care of your children body part from small. coz when come to adult, not easy to change the body condition. I do acupuncture n warmer that day. from the picture, u can see my red belly after staying under warmer for at least 15min.

we have our free3 days medicine. the we top up for another 4 days medicine. coz I dont think we can see the different by consuming 3 days medic, coz Chinese medicine normally slow n steady then only see the effectiveness :p (opps.. why sis belly is big in the picture? quite swelling leh)

sis wed - wedding gown

last Saturday we went to choose sis's wedding photos gown n confirmed all the details eg shooting date. hmmm to set the wedding shooting date, sis needs to check Bruce, herself n my schedule. she wants me to follow her on shooting day so I can snap some making of pictures n also, to make her smile :p funny sisters hehe..





snapped few pic on dinner dresses too, won't share the pic here, later on when I compile all n edit them in a video clip, then only u all see la. these pictures are from my iPhone :) 2 of us made the wedding house full of laughters :D coz we non stop teasing ourselves, made fun all everything as everything seem to be so interesting n funny. even to get the nu bra nicely fit, I can laugh till eyes wet ooo :p

bb boy travelling

royee gone to Thai with my papa n mama. gal gal at home, they don't want to go grandma's house. me on the way to work :(

last night brought bbb to pasar malam, bought some food for today n bun for royee to bring along.


while waiting for my popiah order, I asked them to see uncle fried the carrot cake :) love to see them always hand in hand ^^ my hope is they can take care each other when I am not around :)
