Today is Thursday, how are you? ^^ I was on sick leave yesterday, slept till evening, prepared dinner, went to teacher's training, then slept till this morning. Day by day, passing so fast.
Last night dinner. Sze Chuan vege + tomato + meat cubes soup
Honey fried chicken. 1st trial on the sauce, it was far more easier than what I thought.
Am trying to prepare more home cook meals for my family, as we know, outside foods might not be as healthy and hygiene than home cooking. However, time constraint to be talking into consideration. Because of more time staying in the kitchen, then thinking to extend my kitchen to cater for more stuff. Wait la, money matters ^^
It is time to start teaching children to cook simple meals and use the rice pots. So they can help to prepare food. Need more helpers in the house, so mummy won't feel so tired. Now the boy knows how to iron school uniforms, so sometime he is willing to prepare school uniforms for the sisters too ^^
My ex Cambodian maid called up, wanted to come back to work for me. Heard from my church member, now immigration seems not allow to issue permit to Cambodian. She asked me to check it out. However, do we need a maid now? In fact, if husbands don't complain much on messy house, we are doing well without a maid.
Children getting matured, soon they want more privacy, they don't want a sister maid to stay in their rooms, they won't go and manja to a big sister too. So better train children to do some household duties, at the same time we train children to be responsible and taking accountability.
These few days baby Shyuan got sick. Stomach infection.
Well, she threw out in the clinic, all over the floor and my body. Suddenly I got memory refreshed on my bbb baby times. When almost everyday, must be someone throwing out before a good night sleep, I needed to clean up the dirty and smelly floors without my spec in the midnight, in the car, on the bed..
Time flies, children are bigger now. They have friends, they have their games and languages, they explore on what they want.
They conquer the higher ground. They want challenges. They don't like mummy to non stop saying 'No!' They prefer outdoor activities then in house toys. They prefer more real life news and stories than the Cartoon Network animation.
So daddy and mummy need to prepare children with good activities, having healthier lifestyle, go under the sun, step on the green. Having a group of aunties and uncles are good too, more advices to build good characters of children.
Although daddy and mummy might not be as energetic as the active young children! Still, we need to catch up the beat, or else children will leave parents behind @_@
May is a month of thanksgiving. After labour day, Mother's Day, tomorrow will be teachers day! This year is special, coz I am a teacher too! I will help out to do some final wrap up for Sunday school teachers gifts. How about children school teachers gift? Remember when royee boy was in standard 1, he skip his meal, coz he bought a red rose and red pen for his class teacher ^^
